How do I place an order for a custom outfit?
Simply fill out our Custom Order Form! Once we confirm the design and details, we’ll send an invoice and start creating your one-of-a-kind look.
Can I request a design that’s not on your website?
Absolutely! Most of our pieces start as custom requests. Send us your inspo pics or sketch, and we’ll bring your vision to life.
Do you offer ready-to-ship outfits?
Yes! Our Ready-to-Rock collection ships fast for last-minute performances and festivals. Custom pieces take more time but are always worth the wait.
How far in advance should I order before my event?
We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks ahead for custom designs (longer during busy season). Rush orders may be available for an added fee.
Can I send inspiration photos for my design?
Please do! We love visuals — it helps us capture your style and vibe perfectly.
Do you offer plus sizes or custom sizing?
Yes! Every body rocks — and She Rocks is proud to fit every curve, shape, and size.
What can I customize?
Pretty much everything! Choose your colors, fabrics, rhinestone level, and more. We can even add fringe, mesh, or holographic details.
Can you design around a specific theme or event?
100%! Whether it’s EDC, Halloween, a music video, or a stage show — we’ll make sure you stand out.
How long will my order take?
Custom designs usually take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. Ready-to-ship items go out in 3–5 business days.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, limited rush spots are available. Message us before ordering so we can confirm your date.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can watch your outfit make its way to you.
Are your costumes durable for repeated performances?
Absolutely. Our pieces are built to move, dance, and perform — with the right care, they’ll keep rocking for seasons to come.
